A reminder that show checks are conducted for RPSBS Shows, Royals AND many other Shows, therefore, please ensure that:·  All owners / lessees / exhibitors / handlers / riders are current financial members of the Riding Pony Stud Book Society Ltd. AND
That all ponies are registered, transferred or leased to their correct owner/lessee, and entered as such.

• Please ensure you allow adequate time prior to the close of entries to have your unregistered or not transferred/leased ponies paperwork completed.  Members requesting transactions to be processed at short notice will be charged the published Fast Track Fee AND are not guaranteed that they will be completed if lodged at the eleventh hour prior to a show.  We do our best to accommodate members lodging paperwork and requiring it quickly, however, some matters are beyond our control, particularly if your paperwork is incomplete, incorrect or lodged just a day or two before the show.
• PLEASE BE REMINDED that RPSBS Ltd Memberships expire on 30^th June each year, so if you have entries in for ANY Show, ensure you renew your membership BEFORE 30^th June so that you do not appear as a LAPSED MEMBER at the time of the show check!
• Please do refer to the Society’s website www.rpsbs.com.au for fees, forms, regulations and studbook information. The website is an up-to-date comprehensive source of information and forms.
• The RPSBS Ltd landline 02 4577 5530 is manned daily from 11am to 4 pm AEDT, Monday to Friday.

• When emailing paperwork please do not embed or insert a photo in the email but rather attach it as a file (preferably a pdf).
• Another reminder to not Direct Deposit monies into the Society’s account until you email or post the corresponding paperwork and ensure that the deposit is referenced with the member’s name.  EOM is particularly hard when money has been deposited and the office does not know what it is for.
• And finally, please DO NOT SEND CASH.  It is not safe and The RPSBS Ltd WILL NOT be responsible for cash that does not arrive in your envelope.

The showing year begins with a bang in NSW. 2025, 50 years since Australia’s Riding Pony Stud Book Society began, is a special year for us. NSW Committee sponsored RPSBS classes at Royal Canberra, Royal Sydney, Royal Bathurst and Hawkesbury Ag. Shows.

NSW owned RPSBS Youngstock achieved outstanding In Hand results at those four shows so this month we feature successful RPSBS Youngstock not previously included in a 2025 Newsletter.

Senior Ponies owned by financial NSW members will feature in the June Newsletter.
