Lodgement of Paperwork
When emailing paperwork please attach the pdf file (or jpg file if necessary) to your email. DO NOT embed or insert a photo in the email.
DO NOT Direct Deposit monies into the Society’s account until you email or post the corresponding paperwork and please ensure that the deposit is referenced with the member’s name.
Please ensure that if you are paying by credit or debit card, that you have included all of the card details correctly, including the expiry date.
DO NOT SEND CASH. It is not safe and The RPSBS Ltd WILL NOT be responsible for cash that does not arrive in your envelope.
ALSO NOTE THAT a $20 send back fee will be imposed for any paperwork that has to be returned a second time to the member for corrections or omissions. Read the paperwork and ensure EVERYTHING is completed correctly prior to lodgement.
Nominations open for RPSBS State Committee Elections
Nominations close: Monday 4.00 pm on 28th March 2025 EST
Eligibility to nominate: A candidate must be 18 years of age or older, have been a current financial or life member of the Society, and have been registered in that state with RPSBS prior to January 31 of that year.

2025 ROYAL CANBERRA SHOW REPORT
Congratulations to Royal Canberra’s personnel, who once again ran a great show. NSW RPSBS National Panel Judge, Melanie Skinner, officiated in the Riding Pony ring. Melanie has stated that she was delighted with the quality of entries, numbers that presented for her to judge and the camaraderie of competitors.

2025 QUEENSLAND ANNUAL STATE MEETING
The 2025 RPSBS Queensland Annual State Meeting will be held on Tuesday 13 May at 7.30pm. All Queensland Riding Pony members are invited and encouraged to attend online via Zoom. Further meeting details will be shared in the May e-newsletter and via our Facebook page.
