Membership Renewals were emailed or mailed to all Members, with memberships expiring 30^th June 2025.  Theses are due 1st July and Memberships will be lapsed for members who have not renewed by the due date.

Online Membership Renewals are available by accessing the Studbook from the website and logging on, or clicking below.

Renewals completed online are quick and your membership is renewed instantly. 

Please Note:

• You will need to know your membership number and your email address must be correctly recorded on the RPSBS Studbook to renew this way.
• Names on memberships cannot be amended as they relate directly to ownership of animals and historical studbook information.

There are limited opportunities to submit your photos to this year’s annual.

If you competed at any events run by the State Committees or Riding Pony Breed Classes at the Royal Shows this past year, we welcome you to submit your photos for consideration.

RPSBS NSW State Annual Meeting of Members was held 31.05.2025.

RPSBS NSW is very fortunate to have a full Committee of nine, none of whom was up for election this year. The Committee’s Executive also remains unchanged for the 2025-2026 year. Mrs Kerry Patchett was appointed as Show Secretary and Mrs Joanne Stewart who attended the Meeting was co-opted onto NSW Show Committee. RPSBS NSW Publicity Officer, Eleanor Gerry, is keen to promote members’ ponies in the 2025 RPSBS Annual which is being prepared now. Newsletter published each month and social media posts. Please submit photos and caption information to Eleanor eandtgerry@gmail.com for inclusion in the Annual if you have results. The membership year commences 1st July each year. Member and pony details must be current and correct.
