Congratulations to all that competed at the recent Toowoomba Royal, Sydney Royal and the SHC Grand Nationals. Riding Ponies were well represented at all these shows.  The winners of the RPSBS special awards for the classes at the SHC GN will be contacted soon and vouchers forwarded.  The total number of members and ponies registered is as high as we have seen since pre covid so this is very encouraging.  Foal shows are about to start taking place – please remember it is a requirement for foals to be registered and handlers/ exhibitors members to compete n the RPSBS classes.

Nominations for state committees should have been submitted and voting will take place in the near future.

Please watch out for the date and venue for the 2023 AGM, and please start collating your photos for the Annual. There are many sections to get your photos in the Annual and it is a great place to keep a historical/pictorial record of our show results and stud reports.

A reminder to anyone paying by Direct Deposit, please do not Direct Deposit monies into the Society’s account until you email or post the corresponding paperwork and please ensure that the deposit is referenced with the member’s name.

Please, when lodging registrations, transfers or leases, ensure you allow adequate time prior to the close of entries to have your unregistered or not transferred or leased ponies paperwork completed.  Members requesting transactions to be processed at short notice will be charged the published Fast Track Fee.

A $20 send back fee is imposed for any paperwork that has to be returned a second time to the member for corrections or omissions.
