2025 September Bulletin

Are you ready for the show season?

🔁 You need to be a financial member to compete.

Membership renewal notices were sent out in early June, followed by a friendly reminder sent in early July. Memberships that were due to expire in June 2025 have now lapsed, so if you haven’t renewed yet, now’s the time.

Renewing online is fast, easy, and your membership is updated instantly.
Just log in to the Studbook via our website or click here to get started.

💡 Tip: You’ll need your membership number and a valid email address on file to log in.

🎪 Shows are checking registrations and memberships.

Breed and Show Societies are strictly checking registrations and memberships. If you’re entering a show under RPSBS rules, make sure:

  • Your pony is registered under the correct exhibitor (you, the “registered” owner).
  • You, the exhibitor, are a current financial member.
  • Your handler or rider is at least a Participant Member of RPSBS.

🧠 Remember:

  • Exhibits in gelding classes must be gelded and registered as a gelding with RPSBS
  • Exhibits which are foal recorded are ineligible to be shown in classes for geldings or colts/stallions four years and over — colt foal recordings expire at four years of age so won’t cut it.
  • Colts aged 2+ must also be entire (and have an appropriate vet certificate on file with the RPSBS prior to the show)

You can check your membership and pony registration status anytime via the online Studbook
