All membership renewal notices were sent to members on or around 5^th June and renewal reminders were sent first week of July. Please note that Memberships will be lapsed first week of August if you have not renewed.

Renewing Members are encouraged to use the online facility as renewals completed online are quick and your membership is renewed instantly.

ALSO NOTE:  When paying online, please be sure that at the top if the Pay Invoices page, you select “Society Account” for Which Account, otherwise, if you have a credit with a state committee, the total paid to The Society will not cover your membership renewal and your membership will not be renewed.

Stallion Nominations
Spring will soon be upon us, so, if you are planning to use your Stallion, then check that he meets all of the requirements and lodge your Stallion Nominations.  The Stallion Nomination form is available on the website and the Rules are available on the back of the form for your convenience.

Horses wishing to enter the National Championship classes at the 2026 Royal Canberra Show must have competed at one of the listed shows. You do not have to win or place only compete.
The criteria apply only to entry into the 16 National Championship classes.

All other listed RPSBS classes, entry is subject to the rules of the 2026 Royal Canberra Show.

Competitors at Brisbane Royal – Have You Renewed Your Membership?

With the Brisbane Royal just around the corner, it’s important to check that your RPSBS Ltd membership is current. The membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June, and while entries may have closed in the previous financial year, eligibility to compete requires that all owners, handlers, riders/exhibitors are financial and that all ponies are correctly registered with the Society.

If you’re unsure of your status, please reach out to the RPSBS Ltd office — you can renew over the phone or quickly do so online. Don’t leave it to the last minute — make sure you’re all set to compete!
