Due to the continued uncertainty created by COVID-19, the RPSBS Ltd. Board of Directors at a special meeting last week have made the decision that all state annual
meetings will be held using videoconferencing technology.

Members will be required to register with their state secretary if they wish to attend the meeting. Registrations will be accepted up to 7 days before the date of the
meeting. Please refer to your state web site at www.rpsbs.com.au for details on the date of the meeting and state secretary contact details.

State secretaries are asked to liaise with the national secretary to organize their meetings.
