RPSBS Contact Hours
The National Office has introduced new contact hours to assist with improving processing times. While the office staff work Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, they will only be availble to answer telephone calls during the following times.

Australia Post recently announced new mail services. Delivery times for mail is taking considerable longer then before:
Regular: Up to 2 business days longer than Priority
Priority: 1-4 Business days depending on destinations
Express Post: Next business day
The Society has introduced some additional mail service options to ensure that members can receive their completed paperwork within their required timeframes.
Priority Post will cost an additional $0.50, while Express Post will cost an additional $7.00.
All forms will be updated shortly to reflect the new postage options however, if priority or express post services are required, please note this on your paperwork and add the relevant charge.
Members are advised that pony registrations and transfers, memberships and other associated stud book related requests will incur a turnaround of approximately 2-3 weeks. Please take into consideration the extended mail delivery times due to the new Australia Post services.
For urgent requests, the option of selecting a Fast Track is available. Fast Track requests are actioned the same day* and must be received before 4.00pm. A Fast Track fee of $40 applies per transaction. Please contact the National Office directly to request this service.
When entering a pony for any major show, registrations must be lodged with the National office at least 4 weeks prior to entries closing to ensure that details are available to be published in the associated show program.
* Same day service will only be processed on the basis that all information provided is correct and complete. Payment for same day must be receipted via credit card. EFT and cheque may take longer but will be processed as a priority when payment is fully receipted.
